4. Garment Care & Inspection

• We take every precaution to clean garments safely.
• Customers must inform us of any special instructions or delicate fabrics.
• We are not responsible for:
  • Pre-existing damage
  • Weak fabric or loose trims
  • Colour fading due to age or manufacturer defects

5. Lost or Damaged Items

If an item is lost or damaged:

• We follow the Australian Dry Cleaning Institute (ADCI) guidelines
• Compensation is based on garment age, condition, and fair wear & tear
• Maximum liability is limited to 5 times the cleaning cost of the garment

6. Payments

• Prices are listed in AUD.
• Payment is required upon delivery or as otherwise arranged.
• Non-payment may result in withholding garments until settlement.

7. Pickup & Delivery

• Customer must be available at the scheduled time.
• If missed, an additional re-delivery fee may apply.

8. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate personal and delivery details
• Check pockets before handing over garments
• Collect garments promptly

We are not responsible for items left inside pockets (money, jewellery, electronics, etc.).

9. Cancellations

Customers may cancel or reschedule by contacting us.
A cancellation fee may apply for last-minute cancellations.

• You must not misuse the site or attempt to harm it.
